Nur Farhani Zahar graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), 2013. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Food Science and Nutrition. She is well experienced in Food Science field with background, joining few different food companies as her experiences are in researching, product development, food technologist and document controller. In her dynamic career route, she has held the portfolios of Quality Controller Supervisor, Product Development Executives, Food Technologist and currently as Halal Development Executive in manufacturing company. Other than that, she is also experienced and competent in handling documentation and applying certification for Halal, MeSTI, GMP, additional she have good public relations in food industries. Certified as food handler trainer by Ministry of Health in 2016 and already conduct lot of trainings for food handlers since 2016. Completed the Professional Certificate in Halal Executive by KUISCELL. She is also a Certified Trainer with recognition from HRDF (Human Resource and Development Fund).
As trainer for food handler training, she is well experienced conducted training for few different food industries background as for hotels and resort, she managed to conduct for:
