Norazura binti Othman is a certified Food Handler Trainer, Train the Trainer, HRDC Accredited trainer, Halal Executive, Halal Internal Auditor, and ACB-HACCP Auditor.

She has been actively conducting various training i.e Food Handler, Food Safety, Halal Awareness, Halal Assurance System Training to participant from various background including food manufacturing, retail, restaurant, hawker, home-based, childcare and gig worker (delivery rider).

She also has conducted various audit i.e HACCP/GMP, Halal audit, Pest Inspection. She has more than 15 years’ experience working in food industries with various companies including MNC i.e QSR Stores Sdn Bhd (formerly known as KFC Peninsular Malaysia), Top Leader Sdn Bhd (I Love Yoo!), Sri Nona Food Industries and Delivery Hero Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as foodpanda Malaysia), handling food safety, food quality and halal implementation and audit.

She has been conducting training to participant from small to MNC i.e KFC, KK Mart, Sunshine Bread Sdn Bhd
