Introduction

The Certified AI Digital Workplace Professional is a comprehensive 5-day immersive experience designed to bridge the gap between AI potential and actual workplace performance.

As artificial intelligence becomes a standard component of professional environments, the ability to collaborate with AI is no longer optional—it is a core competency. This program introduces participants to the fundamentals of generative AI, followed by deep-dive practical applications in prompting, digital visualisation, documentation, data analysis, and workflow automation.

The curriculum is built on a “human-in-the-loop” philosophy, ensuring participants learn to amplify their productivity while maintaining critical human judgment, ethical integrity, and cybersecurity awareness. By the end of this journey, participants will move beyond simply “chatting” with AI to orchestrating sophisticated AI-driven solutions.
