Over 10 years of experience in training, administration, and facilitation Conducted over 50 teambuilding sessions for major corporations Ain Natasha Zainudin is a certified trainer and training specialist with over 10years of experience in the training, hospitality, and corporate development sectors. She began her career in the hotel industry, gaining valuable experience in food operations, service quality, and hospitality management. She later transitioned into the training field and has since held various roles including training administrator, executive, and currently serves as a Training Specialist at Thames Oxford Academy.
She is accredited as a Certified Trainer under the National Competency Standard by the Department of Skills Development, Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia, and also certified by the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp). In 2023, she obtained her certification as a Food Handler Trainer from the Ministry of Health Malaysia and has since conducted food handler training programs for various food and beverage companies across the country. Additionally, she is a Certified Halal Executiverecognized by JAKIM and is well-versed in halal compliance based on Malaysian standards.
One of her key strengths lies in her role as a team building facilitator. Ain Natasha has successfully facilitated more than 50 teambuilding sessions forprominent companies such as VALE Minerals Malaysia, Tesco Malaysia, UiTMHoldings, Texas Chicken Malaysia, Nando’s Malaysia, and Zara Malaysia. Hersessions focus on enhancing teamwork, leadership, communication, and motivation through interactive and experiential learning activities.
Beyond training delivery, she is also highly experienced in managing trainingoperations and administration. Her responsibilities have included handling HRD Corp grant applications and claims, managing payroll and company finances, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of training programs. Her ability to manage both front-end facilitation and back-end support makes her a well-rounded and reliable asset in any training environment.
